I do a fair bit of character drawings. A lot of them are not included in a scene yet.
The best of those are on my stocks page

This picture was created recently, January 17 2010 however I have had the stocks for this image for a long time
I ended up having to import the picture frames into photoshop and them bring them back into Illustrator to get them to work the way I wanted
I ended up altering the arms from what they looked like in the stocks to make the picture look more natural

This picture was created on the 12th of October
This is a picture of a receptionist on an intergalactic space station
Yes she is meant to be a moderate Muslim.
The writing on the desk is meant to be a fictitious language, as I don't think the language of choice in that instance will necessarily be one using the Roman alphabet.
As the head scarf also covers her shoulders I had to add anchor points and use the sub selection tool to finely edit the shape
I made the desk an elaborate work of art because I like the idea of that and believe that in the future it would be very possible for a receptionist's desk to be a work of art.
This picture was created in Illustrator on October 3rd 2009 and converted to a PNG on October 5th.
I ended up drawing three separate images in Illustrator and importing them in to this image.
Two of the images the man and the woman were created prior to the drawing of this image. The image of woman which goes by the file name "Cassandra" was created on April 17 2009 the picture of the man was created at around the same time as I always intended for them to be together.
This picture was created on August 23rd 2009 and has two separate images imported into it.
The image called 'Chorendi'(the one with the braid) and the image called Cegiah were created on the 15th to 16th of August.
With this image I used a lot of blends a flare and played a bit with anchor points to get everything the way I wanted it to,
This image was created as a project for class where I pretended to do a book cover for a fictitious client. this book is supposed to be about a rabbit that tend to talk excessively.

This is the second of my fictitious book covers. I put the sound effects to show just how annoying this character really is.
This is my third book cover. I did use stocks I use for other purposes and the jewel symbols that are already contained in Illustrator.
