this is a creature created through box modeling; most of it was created by molding one shape, like electronic plasticine. I did not draw the background that was a map included with the program. This character is meant to be a warrior queen.

This picture was based on the story of Mulan. I'm sure most people know it. I find the story very fascinating, I hope the render does justice to the story. It was meant to be from the perspective of someone walking into the tent. You can clearly see some furnishing a bed, a closet, and a desk. On the desk, you can clearly see a comb inside the desk along with blank paper and a scroll on it. There is a sword leaning against it. I meant the sword and comb to show Mulan's dual roles. I took an artistic licence with the scroll by writing it in a mix of English and Latin instead of Chinese. I did that because I can't read Chinese and felt that English would be more effective. There is also a suit of armour behind the closet. It was originally meant to visible but seeing how the armour turned out I decided to make it a hidden object.
