I am a graduate of NMPD at SAIT and I have got a basic certification in Flash and Photoshop. I am mainly an Graphic Designer. I do best in Photoshop and Illustraitor, although I can do basic flash design, web design and video. I can be reached at Tydonikai@gamil.com
The picture on the right is a self-portrait I took with my Canon PowerShot SX20 IX with the help of a mirror. After I took the picture, I imported the picture into Illustrator and did what is called a Live Trace on it, which made the photo look like a black and white sketch instead of a photo. At the time, my photo was bigger than my art board/canvas in Illustrator so the thumbnail image I had in the Navigator window cut off parts of the image. Because I quite liked the effect, I used a clipping mask to hide the parts of the image not shown in the Navigator instead of resizing the art board. Then I used the Live Paint function in Illustrator to change the white color to blue color. Later I placed the image into Photoshop and cropped it so the parts hidden by the clipping mask were no longer part of the image.
